How it works

After every completed ride, the passenger hands the driver their EKK card and simply accepts the fare. For regular routes, we designate individual flat rates. Transaction data is transmitted directly to our accounting base. The EKK system enables the setting of limits for individual cards, e.g. monthly, deducted after each ride, etc. Control of expenses is ensured by an efficient and safe system on-line system in which you will find detailed data the next day after the ride.

An inventory of completed rides (plus an electronic one) is sent once a month to your Accounting Department, together with an invoice.

The system enables the viewing of the current status of a Customer or the status of a chosen card via a coded accounting webpage which can also be presented in a chosen accounting programme. Our IT department matches the range of presented information depending on your needs.

It is possible to pay without cash with single-use electronic cards or paper voucher bills.
